I had to make carrot cake the hard way for dinner that night.
I had a few ingredients that I knew were on the menu and I knew I could do it in a couple of hours.
I knew that I could make the glazed kind of cake from the glaze on the bottom of the cake.
I also knew I would need to take the cake and chill it.
I didn’t want to have to put the cake in the freezer for hours.
But I did.
I could have frozen the cake but it would have been a waste of my time.
The cake was perfect in the pan but would not hold together well if it were in the refrigerator.
The icing was perfect and would have added a nice layer of flavor but it did not add a ton of sweetness.
So I decided to make my own glazed cake using the leftover carrot cake that was sitting on my counter.
I bought the cake from an Asian market and had a couple hours to prepare the glazes and frosting.
I would have preferred to have used fresh carrot cake, but I was willing to give it a try.
The glaze was super easy to make and would be the perfect addition to this carrot cake recipe.
The carrot cake was served at my dinner party, but if you are looking to make this carrot dessert for yourself, I would highly recommend this recipe.
It would be a great dinner or a meal to share with a friend.
This carrot cake would make an excellent addition to any carrot cake dessert recipe or even a simple cake to make on the side.
I like to serve this carrot with some rice noodles for a quick dinner or side dish.
The noodles are also good as a garnish or add a bit of flavor to the carrot cake.
