GREEN TOMATOES CAN MAKE YOU LOOK MORE HEALTHY AND GREEN!
They’re one of the most popular vegetables in the world, and the word green tomato comes from the Latin word “gigante,” which means “green.”
So green tomatoes are often used to refer to the color of their skins.
They also make good sources of vitamin A, which helps protect against vitamin D deficiency.
And in a recent study, researchers found that a green tomato’s vitamin A content is twice that of a white tomato.
But is that a good thing?
Green tomatoes contain a lot of vitamin B-12, a nutrient that has been shown to be particularly beneficial for bone health and skin.
If you eat lots of green tomatoes (about 3 ounces a week), the amount of vitamin C you absorb is about equal to the amount you would get from drinking about two cups of green tea.
And that’s without the extra nutrients that come with eating a lot more than that.
The research behind green tomatoes is supported by a growing body of scientific research.
Scientists at the University of California, Davis, have found that green tomatoes contain the antioxidant anthocyanins, which help to protect the skin from free radicals.
So, they’ve done some tests on the vitamin content of green and red tomatoes, and found that they both contain similar amounts of anthocanins.
The vitamin content is about double that of green peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, and spinach, according to the study, published in the journal Nature Communications.
It also found that, unlike the red tomato, green tomatoes have more vitamin A than red tomatoes.
But it’s the vitamin A that’s most important.
So if you eat a lot green tomatoes in your diet, you’ll get the most out of them.
GREEN TOMATS CAN BE A GOOD PARTNER Green tomatoes also have a high level of anthocyans, which have antioxidant properties.
So they are good sources for vitamin C, a form of vitamin that is essential for skin health.
And red tomatoes are also good sources, because their anthocanthins can be converted into anthocynins, the antioxidants found in red tomatoes that help protect the cells of the skin.
So green and white tomatoes are both good sources.
But if you’re looking for the best greens for skin, consider green tomatoes as a great addition to your diet.
But before you buy a can of green or white tomatoes, be sure to test them for anthocanonins and vitamin C. If they don’t taste good, they probably don’t contain enough vitamin C to be a good source of the vitamin.
The researchers from UC Davis, who have a lot to prove, said the new results suggest that green and yellow tomatoes are likely better choices for skin care, but it’s still possible that a red tomato or yellow tomato could be a better choice.
So you might want to experiment with the colors of your greens and try them out for yourself.
