It was a busy morning in the morning in New York City for Lil Wayne.
The rapper, who is one of the most prolific music creators in history, made his first appearance on MTV in June 2016, after a year and a half of recording.
At the time, he was in the midst of a long-delayed album, called Life’s A Bitch, and he was also gearing up for his first tour with Drake.
He was scheduled to appear on the Late Show with David Letterman, which premiered last week, but instead, he spent his time on Twitter with some tweets about his new music video for “Dice.”
It was, as one Twitter user put it, “a nice little sneak peak of the video,” before the video was released on March 26.
“It’s not a surprise, but I think we’re just gonna have to take it,” Wayne told reporters after the show.
“You just gotta go through the motions and see what the fans want.”
It’s unclear what fans want from Wayne, who released a song called “Diced” back in February, which featured a slew of rappers including Future, Tyga, and Drake.
It was also the first time Wayne had released an album in more than a year.
But after the video premiered on Monday, Wayne’s Instagram account posted a message that read, “I have been waiting for you.”
Wayne added, “This is what the world needs.
The following day, he wrote, “Thanks to everyone who has been with me and supported me through this journey.
Now, I want to thank you for the love, support, and encouragement.
Please keep this support and love flowing.
You are my life, my family, my community.
Thank you so much for everything.
This is what I love and I am grateful for.”
The next day, Wayne posted a video of himself in a “Dirty Laundry” sweatshirt with a “Lil’ Wayne” tattoo, with a caption that read: “This video is a dream come true for me.
This video is for my fans.
I know that they are my people, my fans, my inspiration.
This song is the greatest song ever written and it is the only song that I am going to make.”
After the video debuted on Instagram, fans took to Twitter to express their excitement.
“LIL WAYNE is a genius, but he’s never been the artist he is now.
His music has evolved over time, and we are here to support him,” one user wrote.
“Thank you soooo much for the support.”
“You have the coolest thing going on right now.
Lil Wayne is one amazing man,” another user said.
“He’s a real artist and one of my favorite artists.
He’s the reason I got into music.
Thank u for the amazing support.

The music video is one that many people have already seen.
It is one in which Wayne uses the same “I’m so hot” and “I love you” lines that were used in the video, which is the main focus of the “Dime” song.
The video has been viewed nearly 11 million times since it was first released on January 11.
The “Dish” video has received more than 2 million views, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
